Decades of neglect and regional fighting have left many parts of Yemen broken and without essential services and necessities and the human price of this is very high.  Those who are born with or develop disabilities are often badly served by the community yet there are many organisations that try to do their best to provide them with a service that the government does not.

Here we are building up a list of verified charities or groups working in specific areas of disability, disadvantage or conservation.   Our representatives in Yemen have individually verified the details shown on this page; all telephone numbers were accurate at the time they were uploaded.
